I like the place and environment surrounded the neighborhood
Sleep and get out This is a very minimalistic property. Had a small kitchenette and absolutely no cups, utensils, plates or any way to heat water. You go to the lobby to get coffee, but there are no chairs. Back to the room to drink it. They call it “grab and go” and they’re not kidding. It should be called sleep and get out.
Business response:
Dear Jesse, We regret any inconvenience caused by the lack of in-room items. Kitchen essentials are available upon request, and we apologize if this wasn’t communicated clearly. While our “grab-and-go” offerings are designed for convenience, we understand they may not meet all expectations. Your comments help us improve, and we appreciate your perspective. We hope to provide a more accommodating stay next time. We look forward to welcoming you back.Sincerely,Hotel Management
