The hotel location is convenient for getting onto 405 quickly. However, amenities are limited and mattress on the pull-out couch was covered in stains. Only sheets were supplied for that bed upon requesting at front desk, but no blankets or covers available. Website says free breakfast was provided, but it was very limited.

GREAT Property! Very Friendly staff and exceptionally clean property. I am relocating from Texas and everyone was very helpful and genuinely kind. Great property all the way around.

Solid Hotels.com booked us a room that doesn’t exist at this property. Fortunately, the hotel was kind enough to give us an extra room so we had enough beds. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though on the small side. They have kitchenettes which are handy if you’re staying multiple nights. There are several restaurants close by as well as a grocery store. The area seemed quiet, even on a Saturday night. Great Stay The rooms were clean and the people were super friendly. Didn't stay in the hotel much as it was one of those rare beautiful sunshiny days in the Bothell area. At night it was quiet and the staff went out of their way to help us out.

The staff were really nice but everything had to be picked up at front desk. The room we were in had bed bugs (Room 244), my husband got chewed up very badly and is still suffering, 3 days so far, very bad welts. They did change our room, take alll our clothes to put them in the dryer. I had to refold & pack all and move the entire room. They comped that night only, not the entire stay, and gave a coupon for one night somewhere else, good for one year.
