When we arrived at the property the attendant let me know that Expedia had overbooked and we in fact DID NOT have a room. She said Expedia didn't give them my phone number so she had no way of contacting us. She called the Extended Stay across the freeway & so we went there.The attendant there accidentally recharged my room for the stay, at their cost, not Expedia's. Very friendly staff. When a problem came up that required an extended stay the staff was very accomodating with my changes. Customer service was excellent.
