When we showed up, we stood at the front desk for almost 10 minutes before someone came to the desk. There was no greeting, no eye contact nothing. We get to our room and you can clean tell the floors werent swept nor mopped. Theres a massive dust bunny on the back of the computer chair that clearly has never been cleaned. I was unable to check-in. Their systems were down and they wouldn't even let me check in with cash. I sat in the dirty lobby with all sorts of disreputable people for over an hour before I finally decided to find another hotel.

Although booked thru Expedia, nothing was in the description of property with regards to long term rentals/temporary housing etc. only after arriving, checking in we could see interesting individuals walking around the property, indicating unhoused like vibe. Don’t have an issue with creative solutions to support the unhoused, however not where I want to stay with my family. Won’t be staying there again, but want others to be aware for full disclosure. :-)

The staff upon check in was not very helpful and took much longer than necessary. The room smelled like dog piss. The toilet seat was so loose we almost fell off when using it. There were a couple of hairs that were left from someone prior to us. For the price I paid, it was absolutely not worth it. I will never stay there again!!

Super dirty smelly says no smoking but everyone is smoking animals lost reservation

They already rented the room i reserved two days pior to my stay, then gave me a room that someone was already staying in. Then i got a room that was extremely filthy! Black mold above the shower, toilet was disgusting and long black hairs on the towels. Floor in the room was sticky and had what appeared to be fruit loops and cake crumbs. I asked for a broom and never got one so had to clean up the floor with paper towels. I dont not recommend staying at this location unless your just desperate.

Cleans the room every 2 weeks! Very poor staff
