First they did not have a room for me and had me waiting for 10 minutes before they told me a room was open and just got cleaned. The floor was not swept and the bed side drawer and food strewn all over inside. This was the only room they had so I bite my tongue and told them in the morning.

Hotel condition Desk seldom anyone around. Dirty hallways. Dirty elevators. One had two used band suds and a bottle cap in the corner all three days there. The other coffee or cream splattered in two walks. Mornin coffee luke warm. Disappointing, won’t use that facility again.

Dirty towels in the room, trash can was not emptied and room smell was bad. AC unit was so loud needed to shut down to get some sleep. Hallways had lot of trash and no one cleaned them.

Overall the place looks very dirty and the hallway stinks. Also the lobby area also looks very dirty.

Like that there’s a security gate around the parking lot and building- but no directions given on how to get in the gate when wanting to check in. Front desk gal was nice but couldn’t offer any explanation as to why the rooms weren’t ready when we arrived 90 minutes after check in time nor give us an ETA on the rooms being ready. Then when discussing they we may not stay - we were then sent to Expedia to cancel the reservation.
