pretty good pretty good, with the exception of the water pressure in the shower.
It was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly.
The only thing bad about our stay was the manager was very rude to us on the phone and I did not feel welcomed by any means from her . Her name was Jessica's and I spoke to her more than once and every single time she was rude . The other gal in the front desk was nice . And the place was clean and just right for our stay . I think it is very important that the manager works on her customer service skills because she is lacking that . Centrally located to Kent Easy to get to restaurants and food store and highway
Was not what paid fot i had reserved a non smoking with view when i got there the manager basically said that expedia lied about being able to give us that room. That the only room they had was a smoking with no view didnt try to accomadate me just gave me an option to go look for another hotel not the response i was looking for. Took the room as i was already tired but no satified with false advertising.
What Grab and Go? Disappointed, went to get grab and go breakfast at 6:20 and it wasn't there. At 9:30 I gave up and went to a restaraunt.
