Staff makes all the difference! The accommodations were not perfect, but the staff made our stay near perfect... They worked very hard to make us comfortable. If it wasn't for the staff, we would not be repeat customers and definitely not recommend this establishment to others!!

Nice hotel, except The hotel was nice enough and clean for the most part, but I wanted to pack light for the trip. The hotel didn't have a hair dryer in the room and I didn't pack mine this time.

Pleasantly surprised The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. I was pleasantly surprised based on the reviews I had read.

Nice Hotel We arrived late into Seattle around 1am and the front desk was great with letting us check in late. The room was bigger than I thought. Nice kitchen and bedroom. The free breakfast is okay, just oatmeal and muffins nothing fancy. It's about 15 miles from downtown Seattle and with traffic it takes about 30 minutes but that's okay as we saved about $100-150 a night by not staying in downtown. Adequate, nothing special. In general, the stay was OK. Check-in was slow. When the toilet was plugged, I was told to get a plunger from the utility room - no one came to help, I had to do it myself. Breakfast was adequate.
