I did not like that once we got there to check in which was around 4 pm. Our room they gave us was not ready. We had to go back to front desk and wait to see if there was another room available for us. The hotel in general was not clean. The elevators were dirty. There was garbage shoved in a corner in one of the hallways. The hotel entirely smelled really bad. Did not get no housekeeping. The hotel smelled liked weed. One of the days we got locked out of our room our room key was not working. I was very disappointed.

There was not one thing to like about this property. The lady at check in was dismissive and rude to us, no greeting, no eye contact and she just k you’re done and turned around. The hotel is in terrible conditions, sticky and dirty floors, the doors are nasty. Heck the floor in the room was disgusting I had get a towel wet and “mop” the floors. 予約をしてあったのに、満室だからと宿泊できなかった。それでは困るといっても、わからないの一点張り。こっちから、近くのホテルはないのか、電話してくれと伝えた。わからないで通されてもとても困る。急遽新しいホテル場所決まったから危うく野宿するところだった。

100 degrees in the room, AC didn't work, toilet didn't flush, loud, unsafe area....don't do it!!! Anything else is better.

Hotel conditions were bad and smelled like cigarettes. Hotel staff was nice but other than that, wouldn't stay again.
