No coffee available in room and no breakfast available. Not even as a to go. Very disappointed with this hotel.

Property is rundown ugly stains on carpet toilet does not work what more do you want Orbitz thank you for suggesting this hold the do not look to use you in the future

The staff was amazing sweet and kind and welcoming... that was the only decent thing! The property itself was old, stained furniture, rooms smelled of burned food, bedding old and itchy, not warm enough.

Staff is horrible !!! Phyllis has to be the absolute worse hotel staff I have ever met , Kihanna was very sweet gave my kids a few snacks and tried to make up for it I appreciated that ! My clothes were stolen at the laundry hote didn’t want to help at all

I went to check in, and they told me that Orbitz should have not done that, because they were full. so They sent me to a different city, location
