Nasty Dissapointed. Its the worst hotel I hace ever stayed in. The room was ok but from outside to inside the floors was nasty. Spit on the floor in the elevator, which I told the front desk about. While sitting in the room.I heard a noise which.was followed by water coming into the kitchen sink.

Not what I expected based on the internet pictures Hotel was dated, furniture in the room appeared to be very old and showed signs of significant wear. Many of the guests appeared to be transient; there was always people standing outside smoking at the front and rear entrances. In addition, dogs were being walked on the premises and the feces was not being picked up by the owners, which resulted in crap being on our shoes.

No working microwave, stained dirty top cover, no hair dryer, complimentary breakfast snack was a single granola bar, no conditioner, no hair dryer, had to change our sheets out and it wasn’t the right size, and we could go on. The saddest part was there was one single staff member trying to service an entire hotel. Not a good call. Not their fault.

I didn't like nothing the rooms were really dirty I was moved from one Room to another for the same problem didn't have them cleaned I was very disappointed

Absolutely disgusting. Cockroaches ants and other little bugs crawling literally everywhere. Floors were so dirty and disgusting. Sheets were gross as well. There was cigarette smell through the entire hotel. Especially the elevator. And every single floor we walked on was horrible. Would’ve only been able to get 1/4 of the amount we paid back. For 4 nights we would’ve only gotten $150 beck. Just horrible experience. Will never come back here again.
Let me start by saying the staff was very polite. I think the issue was they were understaffed. The girl helping me check in didn’t know how to use the system. I requested daily room cleaning took 3 days to get clean towels I also requested kitchen utensils also took 3 days to get. Received a non smoking room but the smoking section was right outside our window so room smelled like smoke. Yuck The hotel was run down and dirty, the service was poor, there was no co do too we in room and front desk said they don’t provide (even though they advertise that if you forgot something they have you covered). We would NOT recommend this hotel at all. So many out there for the same price, stay clear of this one
