I stay at this location often. By far my worst stay...loud clunky refrigerator in my room, dirty floors found toenail clippings behind the nightstand where i had to plug my phone charger into a completly uncovered outlet(2 were in the room). I have photos if necessary.

Rude front staff, smelly reception and garbage inside the elevator, no coil for stove in kitchen, unclean drawers in the room, fan not working inside the bathroom, no coffee in the common area. Totally it was a shocking experience and I will not repeat it.

Usually don't have an issue at this location but this visit was different. Hallways were full of pet dander, wierd splatter on my curtains and bed skirt and the room telephone may or may not have worked...i wouldn't know considered the new staff had a bogus noise complaint that he decided to pound in my door at 2am when it was actually my neighbors the whole time but i didn't get a call just a pit your a single female alone on blast to a sketchy crowd. I liked that it had a kitchen yet there wasn’t a cup or utensil or pan or anything in there that could help you cook or eat food. I didn’t like the laminate floors and lack of carpeting. The floors were cold and dirty from shoes. My room had no heat. My breakfast was plain oatmeal in a cup from a table in the freezing lobby. I had to take it back to my cold room to sit down to eat it. Also, both the front desk attendant and the maintenance guy both walked into my room without knocking while I was there. The hotel REAKED like weed. The front desk guy was so high he couldn’t figure out how to check me in. Asked for my last name, then my confirmation number 3 times. It was terrible. I also got a non smoking room and my pillows smelled like cigarettes. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Terrible experience. OH, AND the cherry on top, my door didn’t lock.
