Never stay here Room was dirty. Floor had dust bunnies all over. Bed moved and was cheap. Drapes had stains on them. Furniture was particle board and the laminate was peeling. Room smelled of stale smoke. Walls were filthy and needed to be cleaned

Toilet ran all night. Hard for me to flush, I had to take off toilet lid and do extra stuff. When a customer has been in his room for over 30 minutes and reported to you toilet never stopped running, believe the customer when he says so and tells you that toilet was never fixed. Was gonna extend stay but was told I would have to wait until 3 for a different room. The check-in process couldn't have been more painful if they tried. They found the reservation but couldn't figure out how to allocate us a room. It truly took almost 20 minutes with two people and one was the manager.

They did not clean my room the entire time I stayed there I only got fresh sheets when I forced the issue. they had signs all over the place saying that no visitors could come into the hotel and several times my caregiver was informed she could not be there when she was dropping food off for me and checking on my well-being. I had the mage tell me twice that I could not get new sheets or towels because I had an eye infection at the time. When I tried to talk to the manager she blew me off and told me it was covid policy. El hotel estaba sucio por fuera y por dentro los nadires llenos de basura y en el front desk todo sucio y el cuarto no estaba bien limpio , no me gusto y no pienso volver a regresar 😕 debería de implementar más personal de limpieza especialmente con lo del virus , y mejorar el personal con la atención al cliente ..
