Front deck staff was rude and unhelpful. Check in was at 3pm and we were told when arriving (around 3:15pm) that our room wasn’t ready. We didn’t get to check in until almost 4pm which effected our plans in Seattle that evening. In lieu of they gave us a treat bag for our troubles which included expired popcorn and a cookie. Very unimpressed.

My family and Iwanted to rest after a big busy day, and we couldn't rest and sleep. The guests next door were really noisy,and we couldn't sleep. After I contacted the receptionist they went and talk to them but they keept going for a while.😡

Repulsive smell of the rooms. There was a room with bio hazard tape right across from my room. I do not recommend staying here.

Our flight arrived late. Took forever for luggage and rental car. Arrived at the hotel at 1:10 on Friday night. The clerk Jessy was rude and insulting. We pre paid for room but said we couldn’t check in for a half hour to hour because he was running his reports! I said I’ve prepaid for the room. His reply was “ nothing I can do you were late”. Not there to be an "awesome trainer" The front of office person needs some training. Room was pre-paid. Front person would not review the receipt showing paid, told me to wait anywhere between 30 to 45 minutes, and had no idea what they were doing. Turns out, yes, indeed room paid for. Instead of apologizing says to me "awesome training" opportunity. Room floor was not clean. Used the towel from the bathroom to clean the floor myself, which turned black. Outside grounds are well kept.

This property was horrible! I had to wait to check in nobody was at the desk. Then I went up to my room and there was a few men hanging out in the hallway watching me. Then once in my room above me sounded like 10 kids running and jumping off the bed. I didn’t want to complain seeing I have kids and know how they are.
