I booked a stay for the weekend of June 8-9, and went to check in before the cut off time at midnight just to be greeted by one of the rudest front desk concierges who looked like he didnt even want to be there (long hair, greasy white dude, glasses). Didn't even check my booking, simply just told me "Look buddy we have no rooms" and refused to do anything to help make it right especially after leaving me stranded at 11pm at night.
