They advertise breakfast and only give coffee and some snacks, kitchen and refrigerator with a bad smell, sink and bathtub with slow drainage.

They gave away my room even though I reserved. No call or anything

False advertising This place offered continental breakfast, but just keep in mind they don’t offer anything except for coffee for two hours in the morning maybe sometimes. The only positive thing I can say about it is the beds were comfortable. The walls were extremely thin and you could hear people coming and going all night. They were empty, dope bags on the stairs, the neighbors were playing music loud all day and screaming with it. Not Family Friendly When we got there to Checkin there was a homeless person sitting in the Lobby. The Lobby is very small so it was awkward. The lady at the front desk told him he had to leave in 15 minutes however when we came back down the next morning he was still there sleeping on the bench in the lobby. I was traveling with my daughters so feeling unsafe I checked us out and went to another hotel. The beds are hard and there is obvious wear and tear on the walls and doors. Overall not what I expected from this hotel.

Unpeofessional and lacking communication skills. I was asked abojt my service animal and charged apet fee. Whicb was reversed. But kendra seriously attempted to biolate HIPAA laws and did that because she assumed I was lying based upon my dog's age so I wanted to educate for further situation A service dog owner May train the service dog while the service dog is a puppy as long as that service dog can be said passed then he will be considered a dollar service
