Close to airport I stayed for 2 nights. For the most part I liked it, the staff was friendly and check in was a breeze. I've stayed at other locations before and this particular room wasn't as nice as others but not terrible. Overall I like this hotel for it's location.

Alright place. Decent place Ron stay for a night. Rooms have a draft an drew could smell smoke from people smoking on the balcony. Put a towel down by the front door which stopped most of the draft and smoke smell.

Ok stay ... but will stay somewhere else next time Hotel was ok. However the write up says a continental breakfast. This was only coffee and granola bars. One reason we chose this over other hotels. False advertisement. Also. No hairdryer in room. I usually count on it being provided.

Cora was AMAZING!!! Great customer service. Willing to go above & beyond, so thank you very much Cora. I stayed 2 nights. Was disappointed with housekeeping. They did not stop by to provide towels or take out my trash. When I called the front desk (this is the day Cora was snowed in at home), I was told only 1 housekeeper & they would eventually get to me. Did not, so was very disappointed. I can guarantee if Cora was at work this day this wouldn't happen.

No complaints Wifi worked great (was able to stream movie on iPad), and in the morning there was hot water in the shower. Was only there overnight as a layover so it met my needs just fine.

Great Staff! Great location, close to freeways & mall, yet also very quiet & private. I felt very safe & comfortable here. Very nice staff - even let me check out a little late w/o charging me a fee!!
