looks are deceiving online so we didnt even stay i didnt like the beds was to small and also found bugs in bed we was not happy so we left and never stayed there

Our room had dirty towels, the tub was dirty and had hair in it. Our bedding had dirt on it on one side. The carpet felt very damp. The front desk was nice and helpful with check in

Room was very dirty. Feet stuck to the floor. Hair in the bed, sink and tub. Refrigerator had sticky stuff in handle and inside door.

The room had a terrible smell… I didn’t complain or try to move being that I was only there to sleep.. I will just never go back.

Absolutely filthy: Flea-like insects on bathroom towels, dirty floors, extremely worn and tattered bed linens, overall unsanitary. We had no problem getting money refunded and front desk employee was pleasant.

The room was not cleaned properly at all - microwave was disgusting, ants by the window, residue was on the wall, out of 5 front desk interactions only 1 was pleasant, communication is almost nonexistent.

Let’s do better The hotel needs a complete remodel. The cabinets are falling apart. Their walls were severely stained. There was a bad smell that was masked by some type of fragrance. We had random loose hairs in are towels.
