Go to a different hotel Couldn’t get in the front door to check in. They wanted me to use my room key that I didn’t have yet. Then I booked 2 rooms and prepaid for both of them, but they’d only let me check in one and another person had to check in the second. The curtains backing had holes which allowed light in that woke us up in the morning. We were told there would be silverware and dishes and there weren’t. There was black sticky stuff on the carpet and the carpet had holes. I’d stay somewhere else next time.

Fire alarms in the middle of the night. Insufficient front desk staff. It’s a busy place, but only one person at the desk has to handle breakfast, coffee, guest services and phones.

The room did not feel clean. The basin in the bathroom had mildew around the rim that was visible in the mirror reflection. We wanted to use the microwave but could not because there was dirt and mold inside.
