The room was dirty (mildew on the walls, grease on the kitchen wall, hair on the bathroom counter) and the hotel had no extra pillows or towels for us. They are experiencing a hot water issue (intermittent hot water or warm water only) and we were unaware until we checked in and it’s been doing on since early December and they never notified me prior to arrival and at that point it was too late to get another hotel as the area hotels were sold out.

Dirty Our room was very unclean. Our deadbolt was also broken which made my friend and I nervous, especially being in a city we’re not familiar with.

They can do better the tv was super old. The bed felt horrible. It was not idea

I would like a refund back for this stay I didn’t like the stay here at no hot water I wasn’t comfortable here at all

Did not offer room services and they wanted to charge extra for regular room service They got a lot of neve room service comes with renting the room ill never stay there again

No house keeping available wasn’t told about that, water issue, the smell and odor of the bedding and room it self. I payed for a stay and worked as a house keeper basically.

There could have been better breakfast selections. The place had no hot water and the elevator was broke
