The room was fine, although the lack of access to ice at a hotel was a little bit weird. The real problem was they kept insisting that I had multiple reservations, and even though I went round and round with expedia, and the hotel, and I could find no such second reservation, they were insisting that I was going to be charged even though I told them repeatedly I didn't know where they were talking about. Not sure why they dug their heels in. It put a damper on the whole thing.

GOOD - Check-in = Extremely easy check in and totally professional greetings by the reception desk. Desk Clerk Jason was very courteous & Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very affordable, clean place. Surrounded by restaurants, movie theaters, yogurt place, Tons of Parking spaces. Safe neighborhood. Buses to NYC stop right at the corner.
