Really truly awful. We arrived late and had to call the front desk to get in - the clerk was pleasant but - the key card didn’t work and the rooms themselves smell repulsive, really worn down and honesty more like a hostel than hotel - would never ever stay again.

First and last time staying at this chain. TV didn’t work, odd check in, no breakfast, no hair dryer?

Check in was good. The beds were awful and not comfortable. Our bathroom had cigarette ashes behind the door and the toilet had cigarette had stains. The floor was sticky and you could hear when someone walked. It was not a pleasant stay, we left early

No one was available to check us in
Bugs everywhere. Dead bugs in the refrigerator. Pubes in the bed. Noone on staff.
Didn't even stayed at the property left in an hour, not hygienic smells so bad like a restaurant kitchen. Very bad experience need my money back
My room was clean, that’s all. Bad part of town, bad presentation, bad smell throughout building and room. Basic toiletries not included. Will not stay here again.
