The property did not refund me my weekend even though I had made a noise complaint and reported smoking in the rooms which they clearly stated is forbidden.

I did not like my experience checking in..i was left to stand there waiting while the receptionist held a conversation with another woman behind the wooden partition..she was aware that I was there..she never said hello or greeted me..i handed her my debit card and when she gave it back she placed it on counter...rude.

The place was nice the worker was great but they beds are horrible I feel like I was laying on a uneven floor I did not get any good sleep at all They need comfortable beds they were so freaking HARD!

1 star hotel at 3 star price Room was not dirty but also was not clean. Wood floors looked to have been swept with a broom at most, but not mopped in the recent past. Room had a large kitchen for a hotel room, but I was not impressed with the quality or cleanliness of any of the kitchen hardware.
