Placed on an inappropriate floor I was placed on a smoking floor when I arrived after specifically having "non-smoking room" assigned to me originally on my reservation paperwork. I have asthma and cannot be around smoke and was stuck in a room on the smoking floor without any way of switching rooms as the staff advised that they were overbooked by Expedia or themselves. Disappointed The room was clean. However we had no soap or even a cup.... the only points I can give is for cleanliness.

Very disappointed. No housekeeping; bed was horrible; room furniture outdated and terrible....what little they had. No new linens unless I took old ones to the front desk for new....really?
Bad location I wouldn't stay here again, they charge for everything, wifi, linen to exchange and others. the location is out of area too, no place to eat. This location is only good to sleep that's all. Too far for everything. Hotels.com said free wifi but it's not free
Not worth it Not worth the problems
Not much to talk about Very plain hotel. No coffee in the morning, hard to find the front desk, there really is no front desk lobby area. Looks more like a extended stay place for people without a home

Not Happy The Hotel was located near the Freeway and the windows did not block the sound, the check in process is ridiculous as you have to call an attendant after 10:00 PM on a phone. The room was not as clean as expected , floors were dirty and not enough towels, no shampoo, one soap. The room was totally overpriced for the amenities it provided and the excessive noise was terrible.
