Will never use these hotels again !! Front desk was closed at 4pm when I arrived on a Saturday, had to make a phone call and wait for someone to arrive in order to check-in. Apparently front desk closes at 2pm. In all fairness, they arrived rather quickly, short wait. In room, there was a sign on kitchen counter that said not to put any weight on it, that there was the possibility it might fall down, they needed to fix it.
