2 week business trip Price is very competitive but needs few upgrades.

It was horrible. Never going back there or tell someone to go to this hotel. It’s very uncomfortable and they don’t clean your rooms

Most disgusting hotel ever!! Our toilet at checkin This way the most disturbing and disgusting hotel I've ever been in. Checked in late, waited 35mins for a front desk agent and fecal all over the bathroom.

My room door lock was not working..no cleaning roo

The property, while attractive and well maintained, is situated on the backside of an industrial park. Large potholes and poorly patched blacktop in the parking lot need to be addressed. The check-in process after 8pm is via a phone in the lobby which connects to an off-site operator, who in turn calls a front desk agent at the hotel to meet you and check you in. The cleanliness was awful my pillows were disgusting and when I called for new ones I was told I would have to wait until the morning.

The room itself was clean, but there were only 2 towels, 2 washcloths, and one tiny bar of soap. I understand NOW that the title of "extended stay" means things like the amount of towels and soap, but perhaps stating that before check in would behoove them. The beds were horrific. The springs would pop with each movement, and they sloped toward the wall. Awful night's sleep.
