The worst After giving notice of late check-in, no one from the hotel was there and we had to find alternative lodging at 1:30 in the morning.

A Very disappointing Place to Stay I hate leaving bad remarks about hotels but I had to this time...my 2-night stay was terrible. On my first night there about 3 hours into the stay , I wanted to take a shower and get ready for the night but to my surprise there was NO hot water!! I called to the front desk and he said the hot water will be fixed with a few hours and to not worry. I checked several times before I finally fell asleep at midnight and still NO hot water.. 1st nite traffic really loud from highway. You did not have control so I noted it but knew not your issue. 2nd nite believe that couple in 430 were residents. I was in 428. They stayed awake all NIGHT!!! I ask for a refund due to this. I did not stay there to stay awake all night. The woman at check out stated she would ask management to call me. That NEVER happened. My room was a little dirty for my liking. Pet hairs all over the chairs. Floors didn't appear to be swept. The bed was terribly uncomfortable on the right side. This was my first extended stay experience so i didnt know what to expect. It would be nice to have an iron or travel sized products for guests who don't need to stay more than 4 days.

I did not enjoy my stay! The roomkeys never work. They are old and need to be replaced. The front desk checked us into a dirty room when we first got there then I had to go down three floors two additional times to get working keys. I was very disappointed with my experience at your facility.

They only clean your room once every two weeks. They only have ine luggage cart that you have to hunt down to use

The bed was the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on and I was in the Army for 20 years and this is by far the worst, to where the only way I could sleep was to put the mattress on the floor. Upon doing that I found reason why the bed was so uncomfortable the Y is broken

Smelled like smoke, loud people everywhere, walls paper thin. This is more like a motel with people LIVING there instead of staying there overnight on vacation. Lesson learned, never again.
