Just awful is the best way to describe this hotel. It took 20 minutes to check in due to only one staff member in the entire building. Toilet was clogged upon check-in was given a plunger to fix myself. TV seem too worked by 1970 foiled covered bunny ears. Entire floor smelled of an unknown odor. Refused to give me a refund. I guess that's how they're able to maintain business. Be aware of woodspring Suites Akron.

No Comfort, No towels no toothpaste no NOTHING! I checked in , I guess at an "unusual time" so there was no check in attendant. I had to use a company phone to reach customer service for the hotel who then called an attendant who lifted a gate right behind me to check me in! The gentleman was very nice and explained the hotel doesn't want to pay their employees by the hour and he has to clock in and out every time he assists someone as that is the only way he is paid and not by the hour. Projects at a premium. No more WoodSpring This is an extended stay, where people tend to live for weeks, months even years. Front desk closes overnight, & the contact via phone is not friendly & certainly not concerned with hospitality. Special weekly rates. Travelers beware. Not the deal it appears to be. This is a spacious Motel 6. Loud, bare, institutional

Literally only needed a bed and shower and that is what this facility provides. The stay was for my husband but I went last minute. For him, the facility was fine, however I would not feel safe if I was staying there alone.

One of the Bed sheets were not clean, had like Cherri fingers strips on them. Dust/hair balls on the floor.

FILTHY UNSAFE DRUG ACTIVITY PROPERTY The hotel room was filth...floors so dirty they blackened your sox & feet. Mattress on bed was broken down and uncomfortable. There were obvious signs of illicit drug activity and hotel being used to house public assistance recipients. Checked out six days ahead of time and took a loss as policy is no refunds. The hotel should be immediately removed from Hotels.com. DO NOT SELECT THIS PROPERTY
