The hotel appeared to be somewhat clean for the type of property that it was. However, whatever type of hotel it is, you should always have clean sheets and towels. And that is why I rated them so low. The room looked clean until I pulled back the sheets, and I discovered that they were not changed. Hair and dirt from top to bottom. I was disgusted, and I went back down to bring the front desk clerk up to show him. This is terrible and not at all typical of our conditions! We are known for being super clean as we follow a rigorous cleaning procedure after every check-out including sanitizing the bedspreads and shower curtains so guests can rest assured that we maintain a super clean environment. Sketchy place. Bed covers stained. Looked like vagrants lived there. I was afraid to put down my bags for fear of bedbugs or some other infestation

Not good for families. We arrived the beds were dirty, we were a family of 4 they only had 2 towels. Beds too small, really bad pillows, really bad shower head. The smell of people smoking was unbearable. They should clarify they allow smoking before you make the non refund reservation.

They clean your room once a week. I put in a request for a cleaning on a specific day as per their little card. My room was never cleaned over a one week period. One day of cleaning would have been fine.

A few more details on our housekeeping program - we deep clean our rooms, including sanitizing the bedspreads and shower curtains, between every guest and every two weeks for long-stay guests. Guests are notified, at check-in, of the day/approximate time of their scheduled cleanings. For more frequent cleaning, guests can contact the front desk staff. We appreciate hearing from you.

Bare bones operation. They don’t even provide Kleenex! No hand towels, no hair dryer, one small bar of soap. Bed and pillows are old and uncomfortable. The safety latch on room door does not work. Sketchy people ‘living’ there. Man working on his car in parking lot. Elevator reeks of smoke. Laundry prices that are posted are outdated; prepare to pay more. I could not check out of here fast enough. Left keys at the front counter as no one had opened up the reception window although it was past the posted hours of operation.

I booked a smoke free room with 2 double beds. When we arrived the front desk said that room was unavailable and we were offered a smelly, dirty room with 1 bed and a ratty pull out couch on the smoking floor. I was also charged the rate for the room I wanted not the room I got. I don't want apologies or a free night. The only satisfactory result would be a refund of $139.00 CAD.
