The staff was excellent. Let me start there. When I got there the room I actually booked wasn’t ready. Antwan put me in another room immediately. When I got in room 112 the TV wasn’t working. So Antwan put me in room 114. I went in my room and turned on the light. There were roaches crawling all over the fridge. I immediately walked out. I told Antwan he apologized and put me in room 124. WORST HOTEL DONT STAY Booked for a late check in but front drakes was closed and no answered the phone after multiple calls. Next morning, guest service was extremely rude and not helpful Blaming the customer and denying my refund. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Absolute worst hotel in the world!

Hotel cancel reservations and was trying to charge me $100. Hotel didn’t allow me and my children to stay. Had to sleep in car with children.
