Awful We checked out in two hours and want Expedia to refund our money. Had to find another hotel

Cheap, for a reason. The entire third floor smelled like cigarette smoke. I tried two different rooms and I had no choice but to pick the less smoke-smelling one, since that's all they had to offer. It's a low-cost extended stay hotel, not a family-vacation kind of place, so just keep that in mind. It was ok for me traveling alone for business for a few days, but the smell really put me off. I am very tolerant, but if I had been with my wife, surely we would have changed hotels.

Not for me, ok for you if you don't mind smoke. First night worn out mattress. Wake up and go to pull back cover find a dry flattened bug in bed. A silverfish bug not a bed bug. Go to get a shower move curtin to find a swirl of hair stuck to the tub wall. Smells like smoke everywhere. Got my money back.

Provided with a smoking room on a smoking floor I had booked a non-smoking room and was provided a smoking room due to availability, no other hotels in the area due to a convention.

No non-smoking rooms available I think I should be refunded for my stay here, I booked and received confirmation of a non-smoking room in Expedia, hotel front-desk stated that no non-smoking rooms were available. Placed on a smoking floor in a smoking room, front-desk assured that next day a non-smoking room would be availble - it was not. I had to depart the hotel after two nights because I would wake up with a headache and smelling of smoke.

Bad Internet rude receptionist. Rude receptionist lady did something else then service while knowing I am waiting for about 5 minutes. Internet was a turture.

Will never Stay again bed is a dorm room bed, the place look like an old dorm hall, to much money for a piece of Crap
