Woodspring not so Suites Hotel is a pay by the week construction worker dump! Front desk clerk was rude; company would not cancel reservation when i explained to them i did not feel safe there... Very unpleasant experience and you should not include the word suite in your name if you are nothing more then a dump ...the word doesn't make it any better!

Hotel corridor was filled with smoking smell .Lift was dirty

Poor review due to one reason It is not made aware that there is no live person to check you in after a certain time. I arrived close to 9:30 and there was a phone on the wall with a sign over it providing a number to call to check in. I waited for 30 minutes trying to get someone to answer the phone to allow me to check in. Nobody ever answered & I was not able to check in. I ended up having to go to a different hotel. The times I have stayed before were great experiences, this was really disappointing.

Wouldn’t stay again Floor was loud at all times if the day, doors slamming banging etc. the traffic noice was constant. The bed squeezed and had a depression in it that you would fall into. So much for location being the first choice.

Was an awful experience for my Aunt and Uncle who traveled 7 hours at the age of 77 for my sons wedding. After taking them to the hotel at 8:30 pm which i picked out so they cold be close by they went up to room and want even cleaned yet. No sheets on beds and dirty towels laying on bathroom floor. had to wait another 15 minutes for a clean room. Ok at best I called the hotel 7 times between 10am & 6pm, no one ever answered, the answer machine was full therefore unable to leave a message. Finally had to call Expedia to help me. The female clerk working was ridiculously slow & unprofessional. It was quite irritating. Room was decent.

checked in at 8:30 pm, room was still not ready, until 9:15 pm very nice staff, but the management appears to have left them very shorthanded
