Good location. But not really a hotel, The location is good. However, it is not really a hotel, more a doss house for families on welfare. The facilities are basic. No maid service. You have to ask for clean towels and toilet rolls at reception.
Late night check-in disaster I arrived for a late night check-in, and called the operator as instructed. After over an hour, the operator was not able to find the overnight staffer, and I was forced to find another hotel at 2am.
Free wifi but no internet access and charges an extra $5 a day to use. Doesn't change sheets daily only every 2 weeks. Have to turn in towels in order to get a new one. Will not use in the future.

Disappointed I was late getting in and they canceled my reservation. I tried several times with your customer service representatives to get a refund with no success. I agreed to pay for the first night since I was late and requested a refund for the 2 nights I lost with no success. I travel on business frequently and will not use this site again if this is the type of customer service you offer.

Horrible bed Beds were terrible. Very sterile, cold environment. Overpriced. I will never stay again

Not what I expected. Bad visit to the area! Service was terrible - I arrived to the front desk area around 10PM. No one was there to check me in, there was a phone on the wall with a number to call for after hours "needs". I called probably 10 times, I could hear the phone ringing behind the counter so obviously there wasn't anyone there.
