The entire place smelled like deodorizing cleaner was used on all surfaces. Very strong scent that i could smell two days after leaving. We only stayed one night. The staff on two different occasions did not acknowledge we were waiting at the front desk. We had to yell out 'hello? after a few minutes and got back, "just a minute". Affordable for a reason. Horrible smell!

We were shocked at the total lack of amenities....no hangers to hang clothes, no facial tissue, no coffee! Granted, we didn't expect 3 star service, but come on now, no coffee or coffee pot, and no hangers to hang clothing? The only plus I can give it is our room was clean! Oh, and the air conditioner was erratic, sometimes cold, sometimes too hot and humid. There seemed to be no consistency on the temperature.

Room was clean. The mattress and pillows are terribly uncomfortable. The room came with one single-serving bar of soap. I've stayed at extended stay hotels before but they provided shampoo. I normally decline daily room maintenance but this hotel doesn't offer any to begin with. For what they charge this is a ripoff.

Too Hot Having the climate control systems in the room on a motion sensor might mean it's more cost efficient, but it also means that you're coming back to a room that is sweltering if you are out more than 4 hours of the day. When I get back for the day, I don't want to have to wait for my room to cool down to be able to relax.

Extremely disappointed Very disappointed with this stay. I came for my Aunt’s funeral and had booked online through hotel.com and they didn’t have the room available that I had booked. Instead my family was split up in two separate rooms on two separate floors. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. The whole experience was terrible. We wound up leaving early and staying somewhere else. Needless to say, won’t be stay here ever again or using hotel.com in the near future.
