my experience was very bad . I got confirmation for room booking but when i reached to property at at late night , i was told that there are no rooms available . i called expedia and that experience was also very bad as they also not provided any assistance . I and my family was in the care for almost 6 hours in a cold night . I would not recommend anyone to use expedia, even I wont use expedia anymore.

Carpeting, drapes & closet curtains are old & dirty, poor lighting in lobby & in room; no hangers, hair dryer, conditioner or lotion or full continental breakfast (no fruit, toast, eggs, bagels, donuts, potatoes). Loud/noisy occupants-could not sleep. Hotel needs updating.

I didnt realize you needed to pay extra to have your room cleaned daily. I only found out after returning back from being out all day to a dirty room. No towels wash rags or soap I was told there is an extra fee. Its inexpensive but you should tell people up front. Most people going to a hotel wxpect to return to a clean room. She did put me in for a cleaning the next day. Some hotels charge you for parking this hotel charges you for cleaning.

Stay Away! Front desk service not friendly or welcoming. Almost felt as if we were annoying them. Gave us the keys to the room and had to go back down and have them activate it again because it didn’t work. Room had hair in shower, stained towels and stained bed sheets. When we asked for fresh linens we were told that someone would be upstairs and no one ever came.

When we tried to check-in to the assigned room, it had not been cleaned. The receptionist gave us a different room. The light in the bathroom was so very dim (like worse than a candle light) that my husband complained that there was no way he would be able to shave. That afternoon late the repair man (very kind) replaced the entire light fixture. Unfortunately when one could see the bathroom, the dirt was visible. Appearance of hallways and room was not clean. Not very inviting environment.
