This was the sketchiest place I've ever stayed. It's been a long time since I feared for my life at a hotel. First, if you need to call there, good luck. Took me 30 calls over 6 hours to get someone to answer the phone. I got in after midnight on a Tuesday, navigated through the people loitering outside in front (apparently many people LIVE at this hotel), fought through the smoke and weed smell to find nobody at the front desk. dirty run down, you walk into the hotel and the roof outside is falling down...terrible

Did not feel welcome. At front desk for check-in and was greeted by sign saying “on break, be back in 30 minutes.” I called the hotel operator and a laundry service employee had to check me in. She had to be walked through the process via FaceTime by I guess the guy that was on break. It was very unprofessional. In the room one of the bedspreads was stained, the toilet seat was broken, and sometimes the toilet did not completely fill back up with water after flushing.

it was convenient even though there is no sign for the property. The rock mill road sign is on the other side of the road in the opposite direction. the staff was very nice and friendly and helpful. I didn't like that I had to kill several little roaches in the bathroom and the kitchen during my stay. I asked the front desk to assist, but she said she didnt have another room but she will go and spray home defense. I left for about an 1 hr. I seemed as if nothing was done.
