Terrible Angie is RUDE and should not be in hospitality. Hospitality requires a person with people skills she has none! No heat in the room and she followed us around as though we were about to steal something. Just go somewhere else for your own sake!!! The room was full of MOLD

No body at the desk and the metal door rolled down. Hotel clerk ask if i wanted a refund before i ecer went to the room. It was dirty, smelled horrible and was not fit for anyone to sleep in.

Check in was easy. There is no guest staff in the evenings. On day of our check out staff hours began at 7am but at 8:08 the metal door was still pulled down that closes off the reception desk. I left my room keys in the room. The location is very convenient to highway and shopping but there are just too many roaches inside the hotel. The toilet would not flush and the shower was full of mold. It felt very unclean.
