Reservation made 2 days prior, arrived to No Room Terrible because there was no stay. Booked at least 2 days in advance, and when we arrive to check in at 5pm, the representative at the desk said she called a few hours earlier because they were booked up. I did receive a call on my phone while I was driving from out of town, it no voicemail was left. The caller ID said “thing6”. Horrible experience As I called to say, I was running late for my check-in, I was given the OK I had a room. As I entered the hotel, there were no rooms available, and I was not allowed to check in. I was charged on my credit card and not refunded. The gentleman did not have an answer for why I could not have a room even though I had made reservations.

Awful The room was not clean (dirty bathroom, dirty floors, sheets were itchy), people on the floor were smoking and pacing up/down the hall at odd hours. This place did not feel safe. I checked out early and was denied a refund for the remaining nights. I would never recommend this place.
