Elevator out of order. I’m on 3rd floor. I’m 71. Had to carry all my luggage upstairs from back. Back door did not work. Some used a rock (already there) to prop it open. Secure huh? Plus a bunch of people just hanging out in the back milling around.

I got there and they told me they had no rooms available because they had no staff to clean them

The staff was incompetent and slow. The roaches were terrible. I would not do this again.

Check in process was lengthy and asked for irrelevant personal information such as my employer. A $100 deposit was required in addition to the charges I already paid on Expedia, which was not disclosed until I checked in. I should have listened to the red flags and left when I had the chance before check in. This place used to be good when I came to US first time before 8 years. Yesterday, the place and room was having smoking smell. The room was very dark and many power outlets were not working.

The room was extremely smelly, carpet dirty, there was even a big dead insect in the carpet. We were so tired after checking in at night, that we just sprayed the room and somehow passed the night. The washroom counter, toilet sear was dirty too.. Overall its just the location which is in a mall, is nice, otherwise its too unghygienic and bad
