Staff was very nice and friendly. Room was nice, clean and warm! The only issue was we got back to our room around midnight and our keys did not open the doors. Very cold and very uncomfortable situation.
Spotless is a strong word. It was fairly clean however. Do to my work schedule I didn't see the staff, except during check- in
The pest control could be better ! The smell and the atmosphere could also be better over all is was a basic good stay no troubles !
