I had good rates for the room, but I was disappointed that and didn’t include breakfast, but and wish we would’ve had a wrong room closer to the elevator

Al llegar no había personal en recepción, después de una larga espera la atención fue descortés, además que me pidieron una depósito que no sale en la app y tampoco dice que debo hacerlo. Ellos alegaron que es una normativa nueva. Aquí el problema no es dar el depósito sino que no lo retornan alegando cualquier cosa que se les ocurra. No es la primera ve que me quedo com ustedes y esto nunca había pasado.

They should let people know that the train is behind it and runs every 15 minutes. They need to change the batteries in their smoke detectors.
