Mixed feelings Service was great, great location. However the hotel reeked of weed and we walked into our non smoking room and it smelled like cigarettes.
please clean Room was not cleanef properly, The staff was nice the breakfast bar was not as u would think, could hv been better especially at wat they chrd i coukd hv gotten a freak shack for that

Hit or Miss Hit: convenient location. Close to local restaurants, Rite Aid across the street. Front desk was great! I arrived very late and he was very helpful - even when the system lost my reservation. Miss: Room looks nothing like the pictures on the website. Bed was extremely hard. First room we received was suppossed to be a non-smoking room. It wasn't. In fact the last person in the room flicked their ashes into the A/C unit so when we turned it on all we smelled was smoke. Lacking professionalism The staff seemed unorganized and wasn't very professional.
noisy room location, could hear the front lobby door slamming as well as people talking in the lobby. was kept awake all night by lobby door noise.
seen by general mgr. I tried to put in an complaint but the staff was so rude and unprofessional would never use you as a reference hotel for out of towners.
