Not So Good It all started when I called in to see if I could check in at 1 o’clock and was told I could. When I arrived, I was greeted by an employee that didn’t look too happy to see me. I was then told that the room was not ready, that it would be another 30 minutes, and that I would receive a call when it was ready. 45 minutes later, I received a call stating that my room was ready. How many things can go wrong in one visit? I booked the hotel from Expedia. I was charged when I booked -- the amount is on my credit card statement. I arrived at 4am, hoping to sleep for 3 hours before attend a meeting. When I walked in, no one was at the front desk. I waited for more than 30 minutes when the staff came -- his boss asked him to do laundry at night. He asked me to pay - full amount and $35 more than Expedia price. Very Smelly When I first arrived I was given a room that smelt like multiple people had urinated on the floor and never cleaned it up. I requested a change and as I retrieved my luggage another guest walked by and said does your room stink too? The staff was very kind and gave me a new room but when I got in the new room I saw a larger bug scurrying across the floor. It smelt a bit better but I was already grossed out from the first room so slept with as much clothing to make sure I didn't get bit by something.

Horrible Unprofessional customer service , they took 20 min to do my check in lady in front desk seemed to not care very loud noise coming from fridge and hotel smells like weed specially in the elevators Never coming back neither recommend to anyone

I would not stay here again. Checked in at 10:30 pm with my wife and 6-year-old daughter. Opened our room door to see someone on the bed watching TV. Carried all of our stuff back to the front desk and got a new room. Staff was confused and called the room the woman who answered gave her name and said she had just been startled by us barging into her room. The staff gave us a new room. It was worst of any hotel I have been to and never will again make a mistake of using Expedia' s guest rating system to book any accommodations

Saw three roaches in my room within 2 hours of check in. I checked out after one night and cancelled the rest of the nights.
