Roach hotel I woke up at 6 AM in the morning to use the restroom and there were for roaches crawling around in the bathroom and sink

Rservation We booked rooms a few month ago, but one room was overbooked, and cannot stay for one person.

Never Again Stayed here in a clutch...normally stay at Residence Inn or Westin Buckhead which are much better hotels. The room was dirty and the hotel was understaffed...I spent the week cleaning and doing everything for myself. Also the grab and go breakfast didn't include fresh fruit. Overall I wouldn't recommend and will not return.

Disappointed It took us 20 minutes to find someone to get us checked in, The room had an awful smell, the Marta was literally running all night right by the window, the pool was covered, the breakfast was a "grab-n-go" (coffee, granola bars, fruit). Found a dirty wash cloth in the shower when we checked in. The only thing that I liked about this motel was its location.

Great location - Terrible hotel This hotel was a huge disappointment right from the start. They overbooked and were trying to get me to give up my room even before I left home. Then we get to the hotel at 5 PM and our room was still not ready. The room itself was decent although very small, but the bathroom was not attractive. The water in the shower was tepid at best, there were not enough towels, no shampoo etc. The room had a kitchenette that was not stocked with any sort of glasses or dishes.
