Over all Not up to mark. Had a very good impression about extended stay before. This one completely let me down. Will skip extended stay in future.

Bad refund policy I had to end a trip for personal reasons. I called to cancel two days before my check-in date, and Expedia wouldn't let me cancel. Or get a refund minus a convenience fee. Maybe it was in the small print somewhere, but I ended up paying for them to rent me a room for two nights when I was actually IN ANOTHER PART OF THE COUNTRY. I'm telling everyone I know to AVOID EXPEDIA.

Overall good-didn't like sharing room with roaches The people were excellent, except for someone needs to tell Reggie that when someone has a complaint about the fact the tub doesn't drain(after 15 minute shower tub was full up to overflow drain) and there were 2 large water bugs(roaches) in the room that were seen(you know if you see 1 there are at least 10 hiding) he needs to say "I'M SORRY". Forgot luggage there nobody bothered to call and let us know 2 days later we called to see if they had our missing luggage they said yes but we were already 10 hrs away

will not stay again Small, smelled musty and like stale smoke, no linen for sofa bed, staff not as friendly as we are used to at other hotels.

Disgusted They were overbooked and I didn't get to stay so I had to sleep in my car
Roach hotel I woke up at 6 AM in the morning to use the restroom and there were for roaches crawling around in the bathroom and sink
Rservation We booked rooms a few month ago, but one room was overbooked, and cannot stay for one person.
