Mostly what you want. Good Service, Great Location @ marta rail stop. Easy access to groceries, pharmacies, food, and shopping. Dvd player in room. Few dishes, and less silverware though. Bathroom light on the fritz. Was unable to upgrade room because of prepayment through Orbitz.
The staff were great at this property. The problem is that this hotel is being used like an apartment building and is filled with people living there. The common areas are dirty and smell like cigarettes and vape. The rooms are run down and are uncomfortable. My room was clean, that is what earned the 2stars. Overall, this is a property to avoid unless you’re looking for long term, temporary housing.

Cleanliness doesn't look important to them. There's an old odor throughout the hotel.

A horrible night on Elm Street This place should not be placed under hotels. It needs to be placed under motels, not only was the front desk, person not friendly, but did their best not to engage with us upon arriving going up to the elevators entryway was filthy when we got on the elevator, it was extra filthy The floor that we stayed on which was the fourth floor 410 filthy whole room filthy the walls filthy. First room I was assigned hadn’t been cleaned and needed renovation. The second room I was assigned (119) had a huge urine puddle with a wet hand towel soaked in it. The whole room reeked of urine. Was told I could either take that room or get a refund. I had no place else to go so I stayed and cleaned it myself. One of the most disgusting experiences of my life
Bugs They didnt have the room I reserved. They made me pay extra for a room I didnt reserve. There were bugs in the bed. I was there for 10 minutes before I left.
