Horrible Horrible customer service !! Worse I have experience by far!! Was locked out room for 5 hours BECASUE key card stop working. And there is no over night staff!! Luckily I had a planet fitness membership across the street !!! Then wanted to refund me $22.00

Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Stay Far Away! I left after 15minutes! WASTE OF MONEY If I could give negative stars, I would. This place was beyond unacceptable. Extremely run down. Trash laying around. Random people strolling the halls at all hours. STILL WAITING FOR MY 108.00 deposit to be returned almost a week later.

Nothing. The other guests had 4 or 5 loud unruly children, the staff was argumentative and rude. The towels were non existent unless you call a dish towel a bath towel. The wood was peeling off the drawers in the kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchens didn’t have utensils plates cups NOTHING. while the advertisement on the TV in the room for the hotel Going on and on about there magnificent stocked kitchens. If I wasn’t a 6”5’ tall man. I wouldn’t have felt safe there.

Terrible experience first time from Extended America hotel chain. This hotel is old , small rooms. Horrified when saw cockroaches. Staff is good and supportive! 2 star for hotel, 4 stars for staff.
