Below Average. No one in lobby after 10 - trouble checking in late. (Flight delayed). No waste can in room. Bathtub backs up while showering. Property Very Dim @ night.

Won't stay here again. The outlet in the bathroom did not work. We asked the front desk to check it. Never heard anything, but it was not fixed. Our air conditioning stopped working during the night. Luckily we were leaving in the morning. Couldn't tell anyone it wasn't working, because there was no one working the front desk when we left early in the morning. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room and the first thing we smelled when we opened the door was stale smoke.

Invest in other options The first problem was the hotel staff. Yes, they were friendly and helpful at first when I checked in. However, my keycard was not working. No one was at the front desk. A sign left said to call a certain number, but no one answered. The next two times the keycard didn't work there was still no one at the desk. Room was dirty. Only one pillow in the room for two of us and the pillow case on that pillow looked like it had not been changed since the last person slept there. On a positive note, we found the gentleman on the night shift to be extremely nice, helpful. Once informed about needing a second pillow, he brought us one quickly. I would make him the manager.
Two Night Stay at Extended Stay When I wanted to check in, I waited in the lobby for about 25 minutes. The manager came in and told me to dial 0 and the lady who was supposed to be working the front desk would pick up because she had a mobile phone with her. Revisting the 80's The sheets and decor hasn't been updated since 1986. The staff was helpful but the place is in desperate need of a update. Wifi slower than dial up
DON'T STAY HERE the room was dirty with sticky junk allover all the countertops- no housekeeping to clean! Restroom broken in half, full kitchen-no utensils and fridge was off. big blood stain in the sheets.
Seedy hotel Unsavory characters and obvious drug use. We were never comfortable with our surroundings. We actually paid for one more night but decided to leave and stay somewhere else
