Weird place Let them know i would check in late at night-- pulled up to the hotel lobby and all the lights were out, door locked! I have never seen such a thing at any hotel or motel anywhere in the world. Then the room, which had an entire kitchen area we did not need-- had not a single cup or spoon, and worst of all, no coffee maker-- medieval torture. Somebody eventually brought us one, but not having cream, sugar, cups etc.. i have never seen this anywhere in the world either. Not sure why this place is so weird. One goo... read more

Strange hotel A kitchen with no coffeemaker cups spoons cream sugar Never seen that in any hotel The office was closed-- lights off and locked up when we arrived Very strange More strangeness-- cant describe The only good thing was the bed

Horrible, just horrible. Bed bugs, bathroom not cleaned, some lights didn't work, remote control didn't work. Horrible.

Not stocked We stayed there because of the convenient location and we needed a kitchen. There were absolutely no dishes, eating or cooking utensils. Staff said they were booked full and therefore short. Advertising for Extended Stays clearly states that all rooms have fully stocked kitchens. When we finally did get kitchenware, the burner didn't work on the stove--wouldn't get warm enough to burn my hand when held on it. Obviously won't stay there again.

Not the best experience... Won't be back My stay was not as expected. When we arrived to our hotel room we noticed that the carpet was a little outdated. That wasn't a major deal for us, but after being in the room for a while we started to see roaches . We stayed overnight and was hardly in the room, but to sleep. The next morning as we were packing to leave , we pulled the covers back and noticed a condom wrapper in the bed( didn't belong to us) luckily we did not sleep under the covers, as apparently the sheets were not c... read more

Not worth it. Not a great stay . Phone didn't work. No shower curtain and no was clothes. And tv was blurry whole night. Tryin to watch a game and had to deal write that. Really.

hotel staff was great. Room was the worst of the many Extended Stay America's I have stayed. The room was not cleaned well and the sheets didn't appear to be changed. The room had a very strong odor that was not the normal hotel odor.

Noisy no sleep the room was adequate but nothing great. there were no dishes or kitchen utensils in the room and I had to go to the front desk and carry them back to the room myself, including the coffee maker. I could hear every footfall and cabinet door of the people above me and the pipes were loud when the next door neighbor used the restroom, and if people were talking outside the room it sounded as if they were in the room, which made for little sleep.
