Stay somewhere else! Stayed 2 nights, NO maid service. Room was dirty, clothing and trash under the beds. Bugs in the bathroom.

Don't stay Room was dirty found a old pair of underwear under the bed,hair in shower and sink, grease on the wall over stove and a bad smell in the room.

Horrible experience! Our room was very dirty and ill-equipped. We had only 2 towels and no wash clothes for a family of 4. We also booked 2 rooms and requested adjoining rooms or at least to have the rooms close together. I called 2 days in advance, again the day before, and the day we arrived to make sure we were close together. When we arrived they gave us rooms in separate buildings as far apart as possible. Avoid for the price. Not well staffed. Got to hotel at check in time. Two customers waiting In lobby, no front desk attendant. They finally showed up 15 mins later. Was told there was a breakfast the next morning form 730-930. Got to lobby at 830. Coffee was out. Front desk person said oh well we are out of coffee? Didn't make more. And the breakfast items were granola bars. Terrible customer service which is a shame because the property isn't bad.

THE WORST!!!!! This hotel is for road dogs who carrier everything they need with them including blankets, drinking glasses and Pillows. They only had available 2 small coffee mugs. I had to beg for bedding for the sofa sleeper in my suite. They did not want to give extra towels unless I hauled the used towels to the front desk. I called the front desk several times with no answer. What hotel does not have someone at the front desk. Staff was cold and acted like I was crazy for asking for glasses and bedding. Not Clean This hotel is not clean. The lobby floors are dirty and the hardwood floor in my room was sticky and not clean. There were no utensils whatsoever in the room and no iron nor ironing board. I booked a studio room and it was tiny at best. The outside of the room leading to the parking lot was trashy. My stay was not comfortable at all. I won't stay here again.

Tattoo shop downstairs Well the attendant was not particularly happy about having to check me and a few other patrons in and could not stop checking her phone during my check in. The lobby reeked of marajuana which was lovely. We then got to our room and found our bed sheet was a flimsy cloth that barely stayed on the bed. disappointing The room, bed, and sheets were smelly and dirty that we wanted to change our room immediately. Unfortunately, they could offer only one option, which was even worse than ours like untidy bed and gross smell. Since we didn't have any clean pillow cover with us, we bought a hat to be able to fall asleep.
