Room was not very clean. Lighting was poor in living room.

Understaffed and absentee manager - The bed was comfortable but the lighting really dark - need more overhead lighting. The closet had only 4 hangers - I did get more but it took a day. People working at the front desk but they looked very understaffed. It took me more than an hour to check is as there was a long line. Why didn’t the manger come out and help.
