Needs improvement We arrived just before 6:00 pm on the day of our stay. We were tired, hot and needed showers. We were told it would be 30 minutes before our room would be ready. It was nearly an hour before we got in the room. For our wait, we were upgraded to a larger suite which was nice, but we’d rather been able to go directly to our room. Nice junior suite-like room, comfortable, but could have had some additional amenities like soap, shower gel, shampoo, etc. Overall, very nice stay
The Property was near the event we were attending at the Cobb Energy Performing arts center and the room itself was spacious for my group and the price was affordable. There was even a fridge and a microwave. However, there were small bugs in our room, our key cards randomly stopped working at the end of the 2nd night, and our room wasn't stocked with toiler paper before arrival.
Good stay The location of this Extended Stay America is very convenient for SunTrust Park. The rooms were clean and had plenty of linens. There were two bathrooms! The only problem was that the rooms smelled like smoke. A lot. They were marked as nonsmoking, so I hope it wasn’t a recent thing. The “grab and go” breakfast consisted of muffins, granola bars, make your own oatmeal or grits, and coffee. It was fine for my kids.
Not worth the money Starting with the room itself: the bathtub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, the grout in the shower looked like it hadn't ever been cleaned, the floors were dirty, there was a hole in the bathroom door that looked like repairs had been started but not anywhere near completed, and the bed was highly uncomfortable.
