Near Kenesaw State University Staff was welcoming. But as soon as you walk in you can smell smoke... its obvious that people are smoking in their rooms and its all over. The carpet is well past its prime and in need of replacement. Overall the room was clean. Neither night stand lights worked.

Needs some work! Huge rooms, but not very clean. Tables in room were sticky, beds were not in good condition, kitchen area was big but very outdated and in rough shape. Slowest elevator I've been in. No lobby or breakfast area, so no place to sit.

Would not stay again My room was clean but the ac smelled terrible. The common areas and hallways were dirty and the carpeting heavily stained. Internet was difficult to use. Had to call tech support to get connected to wifi. Their Grab n Go breakfast consists of coffee and granola bars. Didn't spend a lot on the room but the lack of cleanliness and boxes of supplies cluttering the hallway made me wish I would have just spent the extra $20 on a better hotel.
Barking dog Horrible barking dogs. The hotel people couln't move barking dogs saying they were booked up. SO I CHECKED OUT!!!! They couln't refund my money because I booked through hotels.com. I lost out on 3 nite stay.

Rock hard beds Nice staff, but mold in the shower and overall dirty.

Horrible!!!!!! Very dirty and smelled awful! Had to have sheets changed upon arrival. Would not recommend to a homeless person.

Could have been better First thing when I noticed when I entered the room(319), was the carpet, needs to be cleaned or replaced w/ new carpet, next thing was the bathroom floor, needs to be replaced, stains all over it! Then I sat on the so called sofa, tears and stains all over it!
