Not impressed Arrived at 3 AM, notified them of that on my reservation I was told I couldn’t check in between midnight and 8 AM Very disappointed with this and will be taking my business elsewhere

When existing the elevator there was a stench through the hallway. That same smell was also in the room. The towels and rags in the bathroom were dirty. There a food container left in the fridge.

I didn't like anything about the property. My worst hotel experience ever!

Waited 20 minutes with my pet for front desk clerk to show up to check me in. This property needs more staff. Saw a handwritten sign later at the front desk stating no staff for next 30 minutes since he was on break. Not a good look for the hotel.
